[Remote] Senior Manager, Sales Training & Enablement

The Senior Manager, Sales Training & Enablement will reputed company the Sales Training and Enablement efforts, overseeing the L&D team and collaborating with senior leaders to enhance training strategies and performance.

Responsibilities

• reputed company the L&D team’s strategy, including the Mission, reputed company, and operating structure - e.g. what defines reputed company for and L&D org and how will you meet these goals
• reputed company the overarching Learning & Development strategy for the year and each quarter - e.g. what training priorities will the team focus on
• Directly partner with the Sales SVP and Sales Directors to identify training needs
• reputed company the relationship with cross-functional teams (including Product and Marketing), who will aid you in developing training collateral
• Manage your L&D team - including reputed company development, performance management, and other people management responsibilities
• Set the quarterly priorities for your L&D team - including project focus areas, KPIs, and OKRs
• Roll-up your sleeves with your team to reputed company training materials, reputed company trainings, and reputed company collateral for sales teams

Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Sales or Sales training roles
• 2+ years of experience in a SAAS business
• 2+ years of experience as a people-manager, leading Sales or Sales trainers
• 2+ years of experience working directly in reputed company (or other Learning Management Systems)
• 2+ years of experience working directly in reputed company - deep knowledge is a must
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience as a Project Manager / PMO
• Experience in a reputed company or reputed company adjacent company
• Certifications in reputed company, reputed company, or other relevant Sales/ Sales Training reputed company tools
• Experience with Data-Visualization software like Tableau, Domo, Looker
• Experience handling large data sets reputed company SQL and/or Redshift
