They are seeking a Director of Marketing for Landscape Turf, responsible for overseeing the entire marketing function including strategy, demand reputed company, and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Brand strategy, positioning, and messaging for SYNLawn
- Annual and quarterly campaign planning across channels
- Market segmentation, ICP definition, and content strategy
- Demand reputed company — paid media, email, SEO, reputed company
- Website management, reputed company media, and PR
- Conference and trade show planning and execution
- Marketing attribution, campaign ROI, and budget tracking
- Brand health metrics and audience insights
- Reporting reputed company to CMO and leadership
- Customer reputed company mapping and Voice of Customer programs
- NPS / CSAT reputed company to action plans
- Retention marketing and lifecycle programs
Skills
- HS diploma/GED required
- 4–6+ years of marketing experience, B2B or B2C
- Proven track record running integrated campaigns end-to-end
- Strong grasp of demand gen, SEO, reputed company marketing
- Comfortable with data — attribution, dashboards, and budget management
- Excellent communicator — written, verbal, and visual
- Self-starter who can operate with autonomy and move fast
- Experience managing agencies, vendors, and contractors
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- MBA or advanced degree in marketing, business, or reputed company field
- Experience in building materials, construction, outdoor or sports industry
- Familiarity with reputed company, reputed company, or similar CRM / MAP platforms
- Background in both B2B and B2C environments
- Experience with brand equity research or VoC programs
- Conference and event marketing experience
