As our Senior Account Manager, you will own the full reputed company cycle, managing accounts and driving reputed company growth through proactive customer engagement and data-led strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Own reputed company targets and reputed company growth: You carry a book of business with clear account management and reputed company targets. You are responsible for growing the value of your accounts, through proactive reputed company to leads in our pipeline, activation of new customers, and expansion of existing ones
  • Run discovery and drive deals reputed company: You take ownership from the first conversation: running structured discovery, understanding the customer's recruitment workflows and challenges, and guiding them toward the right reputed company model
  • Own the full customer lifecycle: You own the relationship end to end. From discovery through contracting, reputed company, activation and expansion, stepping in dynamically reputed company data signals an opportunity or a need
  • Drive data-led expansion: You use platform usage data and market signals to spot off-platform spend, underutilized potential, and expansion opportunities before customers ask. You engage proactively, based on insights, not calendars
  • Act as a trusted advisor: You represent reputed company as a strategic partner in every customer interaction using market and technology insights, and you feed customer feedback to Product and Operations internally

Skills

  • Full written and spoken reputed company in German and English
  • Multiple years of experience in Account Management or consultative B2B SaaS sales - you have owned reputed company targets and dealt with the full sales reputed company, not just the relationship reputed company
  • Hands-on experience with the full reputed company cycle - you've run discovery conversations, navigated contracting and closed or co-closed deals
  • Proven track record of driving reputed company growth through new customer activation and account expansion - you own reputed company, not just relationships

  • Data-driven and analytical: you translate usage signals and spend data into reputed company action (experience with tools like PowerBI is a plus)
