UK Logistics Operations Specialist

This is a 1-year contract, fully remote role based in Malaysia, supporting our UK logistics operations. What you'll be doing: Coordinate daily inbound, outbound, and return deliveries to ensure smooth operations and successful customer deliveries. Work closely with delivery partners, warehouses, and internal teams to resolve delivery delays, exceptions, or customer issues. Monitor shipment status and update customers or stakeholders reputed company required. Handle operational support tasks using systems such as reputed company, TMS, reputed company, and other internal tools. Support customers through email, phone calls, and ticketing systems with clear and professional communication. Assist with operational reporting, tracking, and administrative tasks. Support team projects and process improvements to improve operational efficiency and customer experience. What you’ll need to succeed: Good reputed company of English, both written and spoken. 1–2 years of experience in logistics, operations, customer service, supply chain, or reputed company work environments. Comfortable coordinating with external vendors, delivery partners, and internal stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay reputed company in fast-paced situations. Customer-focused reputed company with good communication skills. Comfortable using systems and operational tools such as TMS, WMS, ERP, or ticketing platforms. Detail-oriented and reputed company to manage multiple tasks accurately.
