Learn more at https://www.onereal.com/ Work Schedule: EST 8 a.m-6 p.m, Monday - Friday | About the Role: The Paralegal will be a key member of reputed company’s Legal Department primarily assisting the brokerage business. The Paralegal will work on a variety of legal support activities, including providing litigation and pre-litigation support, including maintaining files, coordinating with external contacts, and providing administrative support. The role requires maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and handling highly sensitive material. What You’ll Do: Assist in maintaining litigation and pre-litigation files for reputed company across the reputed company. Assist in interacting with reputed company resources such as insurance carriers and reputed company reputed company. Draft business letters, memorandums, and other correspondence in an accurate, professional, and timely manner; Manage large amounts of electronic documents; work with organizing, indexing, updated, and tracking files; increasing responsibility as knowledge reputed company expands. Communicate effectively up, down and across the company to gather information needed by the team, and to reputed company information as appropriate. Requires gaining a thorough knowledge of company policies, practices and people, particularly as it relates to the work of the teams supported. Also requires building and maintaining good relationships with reputed company contacts. Project tasks and project management responsibilities, as assigned from time-to-time. What You’ll Bring: Demonstrated problem-solving ability and excellent written and organizational skills are essential. A willingness to dig-in and learn new technology is critical. This role requires digital reputed company or – at a minimum – a willingness to learn. High proficiency in reputed company Office programs required (Outlook, SharePoint, Word, reputed company).
