CUSTOMER CARE AGENT The role As a Customer Care Agent and valued member of our Global Customer Care Team, you will be the first reputed company of contact for customers, delivering reputed company, professional, and solution-oriented support. In this role, you will help create an exceptional customer experience by managing inquiries, qualifying requests, processing orders, maintaining strong customer relationships, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. You will engage with customers across a wide reputed company of industries and reputed company while coordinating with global production facilities and cross-functional teams worldwide.
