PMO/ Project Coordinator- Job Description We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated PMO Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) by providing essential data analysis, reporting, and financial insights to ensure the successful delivery of projects. This role requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies, excellent analytical abilities, and proficiency in Power BI for creating impactful visualizations and reports. Responsibilities: Project Reporting and Analysis: reputed company and maintain standardized project reporting templates and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), project status, and resource allocation. Collect, validate, and analyze project data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and reputed company. Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and best practices to enhance reporting capabilities. Project Finance Support: Assist in the development and management of project budgets, including tracking expenditures, forecasting costs, and analyzing variances. Monitor project financial performance, ensuring adherence to approved budgets and identifying potential cost overruns. Collaborate with project managers and finance teams to gather financial data, prepare financial reports, and reputed company financial analysis. Support the development of business cases and cost-benefit analyses for proposed projects. Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures in project-reputed company activities.
