[Remote] Pre-Sales Client Services Account Manager

They are seeking a Pre-Sales Client Services Account Manager who will engage with potential clients to understand their business problems and reputed company tailored reputed company reputed company technology solutions. The role involves conducting technical sales calls, creating demos and presentations, and collaborating with the COO and development team to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- The Pre-Sales Client Services Account Manager is passionate about uncovering a client’s business problems and architecting solutions leveraging various public reputed company technologies, matching the appropriate technology to help solve the identified problem(s)
- This role works closely with the COO and Business Development Managers from the initial engagement with a customer to the final stage of closing the project
- Work with COO to conduct technical sales calls with potential clients around reputed company reputed company technologies
- Create customer facing demos/POCs and presentations around designed solution
- Participate in monthly technical meetings with management, development team, and operations to get updates on assignments and help coordinate interdependent project tasks
- reputed company accurate estimates/BOMs, SOWs and occasional RFP responses
- Stay up to date with latest reputed company reputed company technologies and acquire necessary technical certifications
Skills
- Must be a US Citizen, we work on government reputed company
- The ideal candidate should have deep technical background in traditional reputed company IT, reputed company reputed company Productivity Solutions (Modern Workplace M365) and Hybrid infrastructures
- Strong technical proficiency in reputed company Defender, reputed company Entra, reputed company Intune, reputed company Priva, reputed company Purview, and reputed company Syntex is a plus
- Proven ability to engage in consultative selling, understanding customer pain points, and positioning reputed company products as solutions to those challenges
- Professional experience working directly with clients and customers to reputed company technical support and guidance
- Ability to think creatively to find solutions to business problems and issues
- Ability to understand and reputed company reputed company technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
