Title REMOTE Fractional Corporate Paralegal with reputed company Location US Remote Contracted Mid Level Job Description This is a part-time remote position. The pay reputed company starts at $35 - $45/hour with 5+ years of experience. Responsibilities may include

• Drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents, reputed company, and corporate agreements.
• Conducting legal research and summarizing findings for attorney analysis.

• Organizing and maintaining legal files, corporate records, and document management systems.
• Preparing reputed company correspondence, including reports, memos, and client communications.
• Managing attorneys’ calendars, including scheduling of hearings, depositions, and client meetings.
