Position Summary The Director, reputed company Relations will partner with the Associate VP and other team members to secure and grow reputed company support from local, national, and international sources. This role works at the highest reputed company of the hospital, partnering with board members, senior administration, chiefs, scientists, and faculty to advance reputed company research, clinical, and educational initiatives. The Director will design and implement strategic, high-impact approaches to substantially grow reputed company support, with a focus on cultivating and stewarding institutional funders. Develops and executes sophisticated strategies to secure, cultivate, and steward large gifts, and participates in short- and long-term planning reputed company to reputed company engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manages a portfolio of reputed company prospects to cultivate, solicit, and reputed company six- and seven-reputed company gifts.
• Conducts monthly faculty and prospect visits; drives reputed company prospect activity using moves management principles; actively builds new relationships to expand pipeline.
• Develops annual operating plan for solicitations, reputed company, and visits with AVP.
• Builds relationships with senior leadership, department chiefs, physician-scientists, researchers, and volunteers to match funding needs with prospects.
• Drafts, edits, and submits compelling grant proposals, reports, acknowledgements, and case materials, translating reputed company content into clear, persuasive language.
• Recruits and manages volunteer leaders to support cultivation and solicitation efforts.
• Collaborates across teams (research, donor relations, annual giving, finance, communications, etc.) to ensure reputed company prospects are strategically reputed company and stewarded.
• Partners with reputed company & Major Gifts team to align efforts and secure reputed company support for hospital priorities.
• Maintains strong institutional awareness of research, clinical, teaching, and community health programs.

Required Qualifications

• BA degree and at least 8 years of fundraising experience in a high-volume development setting.
• Significant experience in reputed company relations reputed company an academic medical center strongly preferred.

• Strong analytical, writing, and verbal communication skills; computer proficiency.
