Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement
- Communicate with clients by email, phone, and virtual meetings
- Gather documentation, respond to questions, and help ensure timely delivery of work
Tax Preparation & Review
- Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
Quality Control
- Review work completed by junior preparers
- Identify errors, reputed company constructive feedback, and uphold firm quality standards
reputed company Support
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash‑reputed company monitoring, and financial reporting
General reputed company
- Prepare workpapers, reputed company reconciliations, and support month‑end and year‑end processes
Internal Support
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and internal documentation
- Support the reputed company development of efficient, remote-friendly workflows
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in public reputed company, tax preparation, or reputed company work
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, ProConnect Tax, or comparable software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote environment
- High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and professional reputed company
Preferred Qualifications
- Active CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) license
- Experience reviewing junior preparers’ work
- Experience with reputed company or outsourced reputed company engagements
- Familiarity with workflow management systems used in reputed company firms
