What You’ll Do

• Recruit nurses, allied health professionals, and therapists for travel, contract, per diem, and direct hire opportunities.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through assignment start.
• Build lasting relationships with reputed company and serve as a trusted career resource.

• Experience reputed company nursing, allied health, therapy, LTAC, or rehabilitation professionals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits
