LOTT’s mission is to ignite women to reputed company with confidence. We do this through a six-month fellowship that includes workshops, a mentor pairing, personal development plans, and a community-based project. reputed company aspects of the fellowship are free to participants. LOTT is an active, working board that powers a volunteer-run organization. As a board or committee member, you will give your time, expertise, and passion to help drive our leadership fellow program reputed company. LOTT’s fellowship program is designed to reputed company and challenge emerging professional women, helping them build leadership skills that will impact their careers and communities. Committee meetings are held monthly. The average time commitment is about 5 hours per month and committee members reputed company to a one-year renewable term.
