The Vice President Independent Agent Operations and Strategy will reputed company and deliver reputed company-level strategy and support capabilities for the Independent Agent sales organization, driving sales effectiveness and operational enablement. This role involves leading strategic programs, partnering with senior leaders, and overseeing operational coordination and performance management.

Responsibilities

Skills

• Deep experience in sales strategy development and execution
• 4 years Bachelors Degree
