They are seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to manage inquiries and reputed company administrative support, ensuring a smooth enrollment process for prospective participants.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact for incoming inquiries (phone, message, referral)
• Gather key information to help determine basic eligibility and level of interest
• Document and track reputed company inquiries (reputed company and non-reputed company) accurately and timely
• reputed company reputed company leads to the appropriate Intake/Enrollment Specialist for follow-up
• reputed company clear, professional information about the PACE program to callers and families
• Maintain consistent communication and a positive experience for reputed company prospective participants Administrative & Marketing Support
• Prepare and reputed company marketing packets, folders, and reputed company materials
• Support Community Liaison staff with event preparation and logistics
• Assist with data entry, tracking logs, and reporting needs
• reputed company general administrative support to the intake/enrollment function

Skills

• Comfortable using computer systems for documentation and tracking
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Associate degree or relevant experience preferred
• Prior experience in reputed company, intake, call center, customer service, or administrative support strongly preferred
• Experience working with older adults or vulnerable populations a plus
