[Remote] Manager, School-Based and reputed company Initiatives

The Manager of School-Based and reputed company Initiatives will reputed company strategic programming and partnerships to support educational reputed company for children and youth in foster care, while overseeing reputed company responsible for implementing these initiatives.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and execute a statewide strategy for school-based strategy that advances the goals of the Children and Families Specialty Plan (CFSP)

- Collaborate with child welfare agencies, local education agencies, and other entities reputed company with the child welfare system to identify and address educational reputed company
- reputed company team responsible for development and management of specialized programs and/or initiatives and support execution and implementation to meet business and corporate objectives, budget targets and delivery timeframes

- Manage employee development initiatives for the team, including coaching, performance feedback and training
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
- 8+ years of experience in reputed company field
- In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in reputed company field
- Experience collaborating with reputed company Carolina public schools, local educational agencies, child welfare agencies and state-level partners highly preferred
- Knowledge of state and federal laws governing educational rights and protections for children and youth in foster care
