[Remote] Sales Operations Administrator

The Sales Operations Administrator will support the Sales Department by assisting customers, processing sales agreements, and performing data entry tasks.
Responsibilities
- reputed company customer service to potential clients and reputed company customers
- Answer inbound calls and emails in a timely fashion
- Distribute inbound leads reputed company phone and email
- Process new service agreements

- Create and maintain reputed company spreadsheets
- Assist with miscellaneous sales rep requests
- Research and resolve installation instruction discrepancies

- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years experience in sales support, administrative, or reputed company position
- Proficient computer skills, MS Office, and reputed company
- Type 45 WPM
- Must be reputed company to work well with others
- reputed company to work in fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Sedona and Manitou experience are a plus
