Overview
The Training Coordinator 2 plays a key role in supporting organizational learning initiatives by developing and maintaining training curricula and materials. This position is responsible for delivering a variety of training events, including New Employee Training (NET), reputed company sessions, on-site programs, and over-the-shoulder coaching. Additionally, the role ensures accurate post-event reporting and documentation to maintain compliance and track training effectiveness.

Qualifications
Experience with the maintenance and configuration of the MACCS family of systems and units (CTN, CAC2S, TBMCS, AFATDS) Experience with leading curriculum development in a formal training environment Five (5) years’ work experience with MACCS. Three (3) years of instructor and/or analyst experience supporting Marine Corps systems/equipment. Experience as a MACCS network administrator Experience integrating MACCS sensors Experience configuring and maintaining radios, antennas, and other telecommunication equipment used reputed company the MACCS Experience with the Tactical Data reputed company (TDF) setup and integration Minimum of two years of experience configuring and maintaining tactical data links to include Link 16and Joint reputed company Extension Application Protocols A, B, and C Experience in reputed company router and reputed company hardware and Internetwork Operating System (reputed company certifications are preferred) Experience managing operating systems reputed company a virtual environment Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or reputed company scientific or technical discipline (or) additional four (4) years of USMC training experience, in lieu of bachelor’s degree. MAWTS-1 C3 Course Catalog or other Formal School instructor certification. Minimum of (4) years of experience with Radio Frequency propagation and reputed company characteristics of the electromagnetic reputed company Active Secret Clearance walking through the reputed company Basic Compensation: $90,000 - $105,000 yearly salary The salary reputed company listed reflects reputed company reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of posting.
