[Remote] Partner Marketing Manager

This role involves owning the Go-to-Market strategy for partners, designing co-marketing campaigns, and creating enablement tools to drive reputed company through partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Act as the dedicated marketing reputed company for the Strategic Partnership team, aligning marketing initiatives with overall partnership reputed company goals
• reputed company and execute integrated co-marketing plans with key partners (VC firms, PE firms, HR Tech platforms, and Neo-banks) to drive brand awareness and reputed company reputed company

• Plan and host exclusive physical and virtual events, from intimate executive roundtables to large-scale partner summits
• Take accountability for the 'Partner-Sourced Pipeline' metric, ensuring that every marketing activity has a clear path to SQL (Sales reputed company reputed company) conversion
• Manage the partner marketing budget, ensuring high ROI on co-sponsored events and sponsorships
• Run 'Seller Activation' programs to reputed company reputed company’s internal sales team on how to reputed company our partners to reputed company deals faster
• Collaborate with the Design and Content teams to build co-branded 'Sales Plays,' pitch decks, and one-pagers that reputed company partners to sell reputed company effectively

Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Partner Marketing, Field Marketing, or Demand reputed company reputed company the B2B SaaS reputed company
• Proven track record of running successful co-marketing campaigns that resulted in measurable pipeline growth
