Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate travel itineraries for individual and group clients, including transportation, accommodations, and activities
- Work with clients to understand their travel preferences and reputed company tailored travel solutions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote travel packages, destinations, and services through various channels (reputed company media, email, etc.)
- Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and online content
- Assist in managing reputed company media accounts and generating engaging content to promote the company’s services and destinations
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, offering solutions, and following up on bookings
