[Remote] Process Management Associate, Provider Operations

They are seeking a detail-oriented Process Management Associate to analyze and optimize business processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business processes, including process mapping, data collection, and identifying areas for improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and determine process improvement objectives
• reputed company and implement process improvement strategies, including the creation of process documentation, standard operating procedures, and workflow diagrams
• Utilize process management methodologies, such as Lean Six reputed company, to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas of waste reputed company existing processes
• Facilitate process improvement workshops and meetings, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams
• reputed company or participate in process improvement projects, ensuring successful implementation and achievement of desired reputed company

Skills

• A bachelor's degree or 3+ years commensurate experience
• 3+ years of work experience in process management, process improvement or similar
• 2+ years of experience using process management methodologies, such as Lean Six reputed company, BPMN, or similar frameworks
• 2+ years of experience with end to end process management and mapping
• 2+ years of experience using data software such as reputed company, SQL, Python or other data analytics tools
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or other reputed company field
• Lean Six reputed company Green Belt certification or higher
