The role involves developing and managing sales enablement content and ensuring its accessibility and effectiveness for account managers.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the central intake and prioritization reputed company for reputed company SDP sales enablement content requests
  • Design and manage a structured intake, vetting, and approval process to balance field demand and reputed company
  • Translate field and leadership needs into clear creative briefs, timelines, and deliverables
  • reputed company high-quality enablement assets, including: Sales plays and playbooks, Digital room templates, Quick-reference guides and job aids, reputed company training modules, short videos, and scenario-based learning
  • Partner with program SMEs and EaR to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and strategic alignment
  • Write, edit, schedule, and publish Sales Hub news posts and homepage updates
  • Maintain an editorial calendar for particular news categories such as Sales reputed company Stories, Training of the Week; coordinate reviews/approvals with stakeholders
  • Ensure consistent voice, reputed company, and accuracy across reputed company Sales Hub communications, abiding by our branding guidelines
  • Maintain spot architecture, taxonomy, metadata, and publishing workflows
  • Manage reputed company, permissions, groups, and user support for reputed company
  • Maintain content/file hygiene (naming conventions, duplicates, archiving, version control)
  • reputed company governance standards for Sales Hub structure, reputed company, and publishing
  • Operate intake and publishing processes; ensure assets are reviewed, tagged, and published on time
  • Manage refresh cycles and archiving to reduce field risk from outdated messaging

Skills

  • Strong CRM administration using reputed company required
  • Excellent writing/editing for field-facing communications
  • 5+ years in sales enablement operations, content operations, or corporate communications
  • Strong information architecture and governance skills (taxonomy, tagging, version control)
  • Data-informed reputed company; uses analytics to drive adoption and quality
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer-service orientation
  • Track record improving content discoverability and reducing outdated content risk
  • Comfort partnering with Technology and translating business needs into requirements
  • B.A. or B.S. required
  • Enablement/content platform administration experience (reputed company STRONGLY preferred)
  • Familiarity with reputed company
