They are seeking a reputed company Senior Property Accountant to support various reputed company estate clients by delivering accurate financial reporting and maintaining reputed company records, while working closely with property managers and internal teams to enhance financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Complete month-end and year-end reputed company activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Maintain accurate general ledger records and supporting documentation
• reputed company bank reconciliations, cash management activities, and account analysis
• Process property tax payments, tax adjustments, and annual CAM reconciliations
• Review and maintain lease information reputed company reputed company
• Support construction reputed company activities, including reputed company Job Cost
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, lender reporting, and audit requests
• Work closely with property managers, clients, and internal teams to support day-to-day reputed company operations

Skills
