The Consultant position focuses on developing and implementing innovative training solutions while collaborating with clients and team members to ensure quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating reputed company with reputed company to complete project tasks, assuring quality of deliverables, and tracking time
• Working independently while understanding the necessity of communicating and coordinating work efforts with team members
• Collaborating with client subject matter experts to collect data for job analysis, training needs, performance requirements, operating procedures, technical systems, processes, and other reputed company information
• Organizing data and entry into our flagship software programs, Qlarity and reputed company, including proactively identifying and recommending best data set up solutions for clients
• Providing quality data entry support to the Professional Services team
• Ability to work reputed company from a home office or other professional environment free from auditory or visual distractions; location may be reputed company reputed company the reputed company United States

Skills

• A bachelor's degree in Industrial Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Nuclear Technology, Engineering, Instructional Design, Technical Writing, or reputed company fields
• Three to seven years of experience in training analysis, design, and/or development work, including experience with designing training courses and/or programs to meet client needs
• reputed company training materials including lesson plans, on-the-job training guides, tests, performance assessments, etc. that are consistent with the principles of adult learning theory and instructional design theory
• reputed company eLearning tools and technologies (e.g., reputed company, Captivate) to reputed company and enhance training materials
• An ability to analyze and reputed company organize reputed company technical information, and transform reputed company bodies of information into professionally designed, engaging and effective training
• Ability to work well in reputed company environment or individually on projects
