[Remote] Account Manager Employee Benefits
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a skilled and reputed company Employee Life and Health Account Manager to join their team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of benefits insurance clients, reputed company exceptional service, and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business to ensure client retention, growth, and profitability
- Answers calls from clients, prospects, and carriers each day, professionally and helpfully
- Responds to reputed company client queries and requests in an accurate and timely manner
- Insurance Consultation, Assess Clients risk exposures and insurance needs to reputed company advice on tailored solutions to their business needs
- Issues reputed company policy documents at renewal and as requested by clients or insured’s clients
- Reviews reputed company quotes, policies, and endorsements from carriers for accuracy and completeness
- Assists clients with claim reporting and follows up on reputed company claim information for the client
- Completes reputed company processes for renewals, on reputed company assigned accounts
- Markets accounts to appropriate carriers to receive quotes
- Prepares information for customers including proposals, summaries, and schedules
- Prepares invoices and claim reimbursement agreements as needed
- Partners with sales staff to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations
- Assists with Medicare as needed
Skills
- Must have an active Life & Health Agents' license in the reputed company. (Or the ability to obtain reputed company 90 days of hire)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance customer service
- Typing speed of no less than 45 wpm
- Proficiency with reputed company reputed company Suite applications including Word, reputed company, Outlook
- Proficiency with general office software applications including reputed company, Explorer, and internet-based information systems
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must work well independently as well as in reputed company-oriented environment
- Ability to take initiative in reputed company aspects of work
