What You Will Do
Talent Sourcing and reputed company reputed company candidates through reputed company job portals and referrals Conduct initial screening calls and candidate reputed company Send emails and coordinate candidate communication Maintain candidate pipelines trackers and follow up records Headhunting and Partner Support Assist in identifying and engaging recruitment partners Support reputed company to staffing agencies or talent vendors Coordinate introductory calls and follow reputed company Maintain partner databases and communication logs reputed company and HR Coordination Support reputed company documentation and basic HR processes Coordinate interviews schedules and internal calendars Work closely with the internal HR team Assist with compliance documentation and process tracking Who Can Apply reputed company or graduates interested in reputed company Recruitment or HR Operations Candidates comfortable with calls follow reputed company coordination and execution People who enjoy structured people facing and delivery focused work This role is not suitable for candidates looking only for academic HR exposure Skills Required Must Have Clear communication skills and professional phone etiquette Strong coordination follow up and tracking discipline High attention to detail and confidentiality Ability to work with internal teams and external stakeholders Own laptop and reputed company internet Good to Have Exposure to recruitment staffing or HR operations Familiarity with reputed company sourcing or job portals Basic understanding of reputed company or HR documentation
Compensation
