Job Summary The Cognitive Remediation Therapist provides evidence-based therapeutic services focused on improving cognitive functioning in patients with neurological conditions (e.g., TBI, stroke, neurodegenerative disorders, cognitive deficits). This role works collaboratively with neurologists, neuropsychologists, medical assistants, and support staff to deliver structured cognitive interventions that enhance attention, memory, executive function, and daily living skills.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive cognitive assessments and document baseline cognitive profiles. reputed company personalized cognitive remediation treatment plans based on patient needs. Use structured interventions (computer-based and therapist-led) to improve cognitive skills. Monitor patient reputed company and adjust therapy plans as appropriate. reputed company education, support, and counseling to patients and caregivers about goals, reputed company, and cognitive health strategies. Collaborate closely with neurologists and multidisciplinary clinical teams. Maintain detailed clinical documentation and adhere to HIPAA and clinic quality standards. Qualifications

Required: Master’s degree in psychology, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, or reputed company therapeutic field. Full professional license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, OTR/L, SLP-CCC) or equivalent credentials as applicable in Texas. Demonstrated experience with cognitive therapy, cognitive remediation techniques, or neurorehabilitation. Strong documentation, assessment, and clinical communication skills. Preferred: Experience working with neurological populations (e.g., stroke, TBI, dementia). Additional certifications in cognitive rehabilitation or neuropsychological reputed company.

Skills and Competencies

Strong interpersonal and motivational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team. Proficient in clinical assessment tools and electronic health records (EHR).
