Customer Service Specialist

This is a remote position. Job Summary – The customer service specialist is responsible for supporting Community Health Workers (CHWs) with administrative functions, including inbound/outbound calls to members with the goal of updating member information and scheduling an onsite visit with CHWs. Must become an expert scheduler and reputed company a stellar member experience. Job Duties Making outbound calls to identified members to schedule at home visits, ensure the members have necessary information regarding their profile and clear on what to expect upon CHW arrival. Validate that member insurance is active in reputed company to updating address, phone number and other information as necessary. Maintain knowledge reputed company of resources available reputed company the community in your geographic area you serve. Participate in special administrative projects in order to support the team.
