Associate Attorney - Licensed in Texas (Remote Position)

While experience in reputed company law is a plus, we are willing to reputed company training for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in federal court proceedings, including hearings, mediations, and trials.
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda in compliance with federal court rules.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel to reputed company favorable client reputed company.
- Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed and involved throughout the legal process.
- Collaborate with the team to reputed company innovative approaches to reputed company compliance and enforcement cases.
- Stay updated on legal developments in reputed company and civil rights law.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Admission to federal court in Texas (required).
