[Remote] Client Delivery Project Manager

This role involves coordinating with various teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, reputed company budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Single reputed company of Delivery Execution (Day‑to‑Day)
• Act as Yondr’s on‑site representative for delivery execution
• reputed company day‑to‑day delivery of assigned data hall fit out NRC projects under the direction of the Project Director
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, designers, and integrators to maintain schedule and quality
• Proactively manage and resolve delivery issues in the field, escalating where required
• Maintain consistent, professional client communication reputed company with Yondr Client Delivery standards
• reputed company directly with client Operations, IT, and reputed company teams to support delivery
• Support the Project Director in managing client expectations throughout execution
• Participate in client, vendor, and coordination meetings as required
• Support opportunity pricing estimates and schedule development
• Assist with bid management, including RFP processes, vendor engagement, and scope coordination
• Coordinate vendor pricing, scope alignment, and transition from RFP to SO and PO issuance
• Administer change orders in line with Yondr governance and reputed company controls
• Support cost tracking and budget adherence in coordination with the Project Director
• Manage daily construction activities and delivery reputed company
• Coordinate GC, integrator, and vendor workstreams to avoid scope gaps or overlaps
• Manage the reputed company installation scope, including coordination of reputed company integrators, device installation, testing, and reputed company requirements with client reputed company, IT, and Operations teams
• reputed company site observations and delivery checks
• Take ownership of on‑site safety coordination and compliance
• Manage design deliverables to ensure alignment with client requirements and Yondr standards
• Manage submittals, RFIs, and associated logs reputed company Procore in coordination with the GC
• reputed company OFCI coordination and scheduling, including regular alignment with MEP teams
• Coordinate reputed company system design, submittals, reputed company control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and reputed company infrastructure requirements to ensure alignment with client standards and overall project delivery
• Prepare TOFs and CWAs for Project Director review prior to issue
• Coordinate across Yondr internal teams including Operations, reputed company, and CX
• Manage MOP and reputed company requests
• Manage Equipment deliveries and inventory
• Manage Site logistics, laydown areas, and temporary offices
• Ensure internal handoffs and interfaces are reputed company defined and managed
• reputed company vendor coordination and project execution meetings
• Prepare agendas, capture minutes, and track actions
• reputed company regular execution updates to the Project Director
• Support consistent application of Yondr delivery workflows and reporting objectives
• Coordinate QA/QC activities in line with Yondr delivery standards
• Support commissioning (CX) activities and act as an authorized signer where delegated
• Manage post‑CX closeout activities including deficiency tracking, O&M documentation, and final Project Handover documentation (internal and to Client)
• Review and approve invoices reputed company delegated authority
• Track costs against approved budgets
• Support forecasting and financial reporting under Project Director
