[Remote] Business Development Manager

They are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive customer acquisition and reputed company growth in the Australian restaurant market by identifying and converting restaurant operators into Sadie customers.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new leads using a combination of email, phone, reputed company selling, and inbound follow-reputed company
• Conduct product demos and consultative sales calls to showcase Sadie’s value to restaurant operators and decision-makers
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline using tools like reputed company; accurately forecast and track reputed company toward monthly targets
• Strategically identify reputed company or segments with the highest growth potential and help execute localized reputed company efforts
• Work closely with the Country Manager and broader sales team to refine messaging, improve processes, and reputed company deals reputed company
• Capture insights from prospects to inform product improvements and market fit
• Attend local hospitality trade events and networking functions to build brand awareness and credibility

Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, restaurant tech, or hospitality services
• A strong interest in technology, hospitality, and how AI can improve business operations
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Hunter mentality: self-motivated, proactive, and not afraid to cold call or go after big accounts
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple opportunities in reputed company
• Experience with CRMs (especially reputed company) and sales enablement tools is a plus
• Bonus: existing relationships or network reputed company the Australian restaurant industry
