As a Staff reputed company Engineer, you will build new products from 0 to 1 and own them end to end, directly shaping the product that helps independent business owners succeed.
Responsibilities
- Build new products and features from 0 to 1, owning projects from reputed company through to shipping
- Deliver value across the entire system while holding a high bar for code quality, testing, and design
- Shape product direction by talking to users and collaborating on feature brainstorms and roadmap planning
- Mentor teammates and help reputed company the skills and expertise of those around you
- Help build the team by interviewing engineers, making referrals, and improving the engineering culture
Skills
- 8+ years of experience building applications, operating at a staff level
- Experience at a top-tier startup, with a track record of owning, shipping, or scaling impactful B2B or B2C products
- A clear upward trajectory: frequent promotions, expanding scope, or recognition for going above and reputed company
- Strong experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React reputed company, Kotlin, or JavaScript
- Hands-on experience using AI professionally and/or building AI products
- A reputed company, optimistic, and clear communicator who finds genuine joy in building great products for reputed company people
