[Remote] Transmission Analyst

Responsibilities
- Scope, run and automate studies using power reputed company models and other tools in support of key decision points for new and existing BESS development projects across multiple geographic areas
- Assist with scoping and interpretation of reputed company-party power reputed company and production cost studies
- Produce internal memos and presentations on transmission reputed company costs associated with existing development projects
- Executive production cost model studies to support broad market theses, reputed company opportunities, and nearer-term price forecasting
- Identify and implement improvements to short-term price forecasts
- Build and maintain internal work aids and automation to assist with above responsibilities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a reputed company technical discipline
- Experience with power reputed company and production cost modeling tools (e.g., reputed company PSSE, PowerWorld Simulator, PROMOD, Dayzer)
- Proficient in Python, SQL, and reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a small team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Master's degree in electrical engineering or 2 years of experience in electrical engineering, planning, or operations in the power sector
