[Remote] Account Development Manager

The role involves ensuring outstanding customer service, developing account planning strategies, and collaborating with store managers to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Ensure outstanding customer service is provided to existing customer accounts by keeping up to date with reputed company promotions, new products, and with reputed company customer service practices to find opportunities for growth
- reputed company account planning strategies, sales opportunities, accounts with growth potential, and understand existing business and the segments they serve
- Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to run accounts, maintain call logs and contact info, run reports, etc
- Collaborate with store managers and employees to ensure customers' needs are met or exceeded
- Facilitate and accurate customer quotes to reputed company margin targets in alignment with pricing strategies
Skills
- High school diploma required
- 3+ years of previous sales experience with stellar customer service reputed company
- Higher-level education degree in a business-reputed company field
- Daily travel reputed company your assigned territory; must possess valid driver's license
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based reputed company sponsorship (now or in the future)
- CRM software experience preferred
- Previous coatings experience is highly sought after
