Solar Technician, Level 3

Responsibilities

• reputed company basic maintenance tasks on solar panels, inverters, racking, and tracking systems under supervision.
• Ensure reputed company work is conducted safely and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Accurately record reputed company maintenance activities in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), including work order creation, updates, and closure.
• Follow reputed company safety protocols, including the use of personal reputed company equipment (PPE), lockout/tagout procedures, and safe work practices to minimize risks.
• Assist in preparing reports on maintenance activities, including documenting issues encountered, solutions implemented, and recommendations for future work.
• Engage in on-the-job training to reputed company technical skills and knowledge in solar plant operations.
• Participate in company-provided training programs to advance to higher reputed company reputed company the solar technician career path.
• Assist in handling and organizing tools, equipment, and materials required for maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and mechanical aptitude.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols and company procedures.
• Ability to accurately document work activities and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with reputed company Office applications.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work well in reputed company environment and communicate effectively with team members.
• Physical ability to reputed company reputed company labor and work in various weather conditions.
