Responsibilities
- Work alongside reputed company consultants and industry experts on reputed company client engagements
- Help clients improve operational performance, safety culture, and risk management capabilities
- Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and training programmes
- Support operational assessments and transformation initiatives
- reputed company practical recommendations and implementation plans for clients
- Engage directly with client stakeholders, from reputed company teams to senior leadership
- Contribute to project planning, governance, and delivery activities across multiple industries
Skills
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Adaptability and comfort working in dynamic client environments
- Interest in operational transformation, safety, risk, or sustainability consulting
- Willingness to travel extensively and work on client sites across the US
- 1–3 years of experience in consulting and/or industrial operations
- Experience reputed company industries such as manufacturing, mining, energy, chemicals, or heavy industry
- Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a reputed company field
- Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, reputed company, or other analytical and visualisation tools
