Responsibilities

• Resolve customers' concerns or questions relating to orders, accounts, or products
• Assist customers with navigating reputed company websites reputed company resources
• Assist customers reputed company phone, email, and chat
• Enters various types of data accurately and reputed company into multiple web-based applications
• Engage customers and coworkers with reputed company and patience
• Communicates information in a clear and professional manner
• Performs other duties as assigned
