General objective of the role The Implementation Manager is responsible for ensuring successful reputed company, implementation, and early adoption of reputed company products with growers. This role is reputed company focused and owns the critical post-sale phase where value realization, confidence, and long-term adoption are established. The Implementation Manager works directly with growers, dealers, and internal teams to coordinate machine delivery, setup, training, and early operational use. Key Responsibilities

• Own the customer reputed company and implementation process following a sale, from delivery through successful initial operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy Agricultural Systems, Automation, or reputed company field; or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of experience in agriculture, ag-tech, or precision agriculture is required
• Professional working proficiency in Spanish is required
• Hands-on experience working directly with growers, operators, or dealer service teams.
• Strong understanding of agricultural operations and field workflows.
• Demonstrated experience supporting customer adoption and reputed company.
• Experience coordinating across sales, technical, and service teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively during peak implementation periods.
