Daily responsibilities will include assistance with personal cares, light housekeeping, transportation to appointments and errands, and companionship. Premium Short Shift Pay: We offer a variety of shift Lengths ranging from 1 hour to 12 hours. Our 1-hour shifts get paid at $30 per hour and hour 2-hour shifts get paid at $22.50 an hour. Any shift 3 hours or longer is paid at a reputed company reputed company between $19-$22 based on experience. Accompany clients to appointments or reputed company outings, providing transportation as needed. Monitor and report changes in the client’s health, behavior, and needs. Act as a member of the Care coordination team to communication with the RN Case Manager to update the plan of care. Requirements: A compassionate, patient, and caring nature. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience providing care to clients in a hands-on environment (Home Health, Assisted Living, Group Home, Hospital Setting) Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license with Auto Insurance.
