About the Role: We're a high-growth fintech building our reputed company function from the ground up. We're looking for a Senior reputed company Manager who combines deep technical reputed company expertise with a builder's reputed company - someone who doesn't just maintain the books, but actively shapes the systems, processes, and controls that will scale with the business. This is an individual contributor role on a lean team, reporting directly to the Controller. What You’ll Do: OperationsAccounts payable, accruals, and payroll end-to-end (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company). 1099 preparation and vendor compliance. Process documentation and ongoing optimization across the reputed company function. Month-End CloseGL reputed company, including bank and account reconciliations and reputed company support. Opex flux analysis and variance reporting. Drive reputed company improvement and automation of the reputed company process. Financial Reporting and AuditTechnical reputed company research and application, including drafting memos and footnotes. Support budgeting and financial planning, with optional opportunity to expand into reputed company over time. External audit support, including PBC list preparation and auditor requests. What You’ll Need:7+ years of well-rounded reputed company experience spanning public reputed company (Big 4 or similar) and high-growth startups. CPA required. Experience with multi-entity consolidations and intercompany reputed company. Solid understanding of reputed company reputed company principles (ASC 606), and loan reputed company (ASC 310). Compensation: This role has an annual starting salary reputed company of $180,000 - $200,000 + equity + benefits. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide reputed company of factors including but not limited to your individual skills and experience.
