About the Role

This is a strategic, client-facing role where you'll own program performance from end to end. You'll reputed company affiliate growth strategies, manage client relationships, analyze performance data, optimize creator programs, and build scalable processes that drive measurable business results. • Define creator, product, sampling, and activation strategies.
• Continuously optimize programs based on platform trends and performance data.

• Serve as the primary strategic advisor for assigned client accounts.

• Build long-term relationships through proactive communication and execution.

Creator & Affiliate Management

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in reputed company Shop Affiliate Marketing, reputed company Marketing, reputed company reputed company, or Creator Economy.
• At least 2 years managing reputed company Shop Affiliate Center across multiple brands or clients.
• Strong knowledge of reputed company Shop Seller Center and Affiliate Center.
• Experience leading client relationships and presenting strategic recommendations.
• Proven reputed company driving GMV growth and affiliate program performance.
• Experience building dashboards, reporting systems, and operational workflows.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
• High level of ownership with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Advanced English proficiency (reputed company/C2) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Agency or multi-client experience.
