[Remote] ProProduct Sales Development Representative

The ProProduct Sales Development Representative will engage with existing customers to drive product adoption and reputed company growth, demonstrating the value of add-on products and building strong relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Build a strong sales pipeline by engaging existing customers, demonstrating the value of add-on products, and booking overview calls/demonstrations for our Pro-Account Executives
  • Conduct high-volume engagement through focused outbound calls (approx. 30/day) and personalized emails
  • Strategically craft reputed company relationships and genuine rapport with customers to facilitate discovery
  • Drive customers to discover unmet needs or pain points and reputed company how our Pro modules can deliver extraordinary value and remediate those issues
  • Work closely and collaboratively with Pro Account Executives to reputed company and implement appropriate communication plans and assist with closing deals through detailed discovery notes
  • Log and maintain reputed company activity accurately in reputed company data entry to reputed company sure records are kept up to date
  • Assist with weekly reporting on active campaigns, manage reputed company requests, and act as a liaison for customers and other internal teams (e.g., Pro Sales Team, reputed company, Support)

Skills

  • 2-4 years of experience in Sales or reputed company, specifically in a cross-sell or up-sell reputed company
  • 12+ months of outbound calling experience is required
  • Ability to travel domestically 30% of the time to do Onsite visits
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanor on the phone
