They are looking for a Journeyman Information Systems reputed company Engineer (ISSE) to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), focusing on ensuring compliance with reputed company policies and conducting cybersecurity assessments.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various reputed company of the organization to implement required reputed company changes and ensure compliance with established reputed company policies and standards
- Conduct comprehensive cybersecurity vulnerability and threat assessments to identify and mitigate risks to information systems
- reputed company cyber-incident-response efforts, including isolating affected systems, conducting initial investigations, collecting relevant data, and providing status updates and reports to leadership
- reputed company guidance on best practices and recommend improvements to the organization's reputed company posture
- reputed company risk assessments and reputed company mitigation strategies to protect sensitive data from reputed company threats
- Support reputed company monitoring of information systems and reputed company regular status reports on reputed company compliance
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging cybersecurity threats and industry best practices
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent technical degree
- Must have at least one of the following active certifications: CASP+ CE, CCNP reputed company, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH, CCSP
- Years of Experience: 7 years practical experience in a cybersecurity or A&A reputed company field

- Ability to possibly reputed company onsite support in Philadelphia, PA or Norfolk, VA. Some/reputed company remote work may be an option, however the norm will be onsite support. This will be dependent upon customer needs and classification level of work being performed
- Some travel may be required
- Experience with the Navy RMF Process Guide (RPG), and Navy A&A tools such as ACAS, eMASS and eMASSter
- Proficient with reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, Teams, Project). Self Starter; detail oriented; reputed company to brief senior level staff
- Experience supporting 5 or more Navy Packages (achieving and/or maintaining ATO)
- Experience with the NAVSEA RMF Business Rules
