[Remote] Product Manager

They are seeking a generalist Product Manager to manage the product lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful delivery of features for their Payments Hub applications.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery
• Turn reputed company data into actionable and compelling insights for merchants to grow their business
• Create clear reputed company metrics to accurately measure adoption and performance of new features
• Define, document, and review requirements with stakeholders and engineering
• Facilitate beta testing to recommend improvements to product prior to launch
• Communicate development status and go-to-market strategy
• reputed company and write training content to ensure alignment of product knowledge internally and externally (sales)
• Champion the merchant and their customers to offer a reputed company, secure, and seamless payments experience
• Collect and prioritize feedback and requests from merchants, sales partners, and the organization
• Research and understand industry trends and the competitive landscape

Skills

• BA/BS in a quantitative or technical field
• 2+ years product management experience
• Proven track record of building products from inception to execution
• Working knowledge of the agile development process
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to identify user challenges and needs
• Ability to positively influence others and maintain effective business relationships
• Self-motivated with the ability to work through uncertainty
• Experience in payments or fintech products is strongly preferred
