[Remote] Staff Developer, Growth

They are seeking a Staff Developer on their Growth Team to build new self-serve experiences and drive experimentation across their B2B product suites while ensuring cohesive execution across teams.
Responsibilities
- Play a foundational role in shaping how Product Growth operates across reputed company’s reputed company offerings
- Identify and drive platform-level improvements that reputed company consistent experimentation capabilities across multiple product surfaces
- Partner with product, design, and data leaders to ensure experiments are technically sound and strategically reputed company
- Establish guardrails and best practices to ensure experimentation velocity does not compromise performance, reliability, reputed company, or data reputed company
- Mentor engineers and contribute to leveling up experimentation reputed company across the organization
- Influence roadmap reputed company by grounding strategy in technical constraints and opportunity analysis
- Maintain hands-on involvement in implementation work where architectural depth is required
Skills
- 8+ years of professional software development experience in a production SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience building and evolving experimentation platforms (feature flagging systems, A/B frameworks, event pipelines, analytics integrations)
- Proven ability to design scalable instrumentation strategies and ensure high data reputed company across reputed company product surfaces
- Experience leading cross-team technical initiatives that reputed company frontend, backend, and data systems
- Proficiency in Go
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company cross-team technical initiatives and influence engineering direction reputed company your immediate team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to align engineering, product, and data stakeholders around reputed company technical reputed company
- Experience scaling product-led growth in a B2B SaaS organization
- Experience designing experimentation systems in compliance or reputed company-sensitive environments
- Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., reputed company, Looker, reputed company)
