[Remote] Middleware Hosting L3 Support Analyst

They are seeking a Middleware Hosting L3 Support Analyst responsible for assisting with Middleware Hosting support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining connectivity between application servers and web servers while adhering to engineering standards.
Responsibilities
- Appropriately assess risk reputed company business reputed company are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputed company and safeguarding clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members
- Build Middleware infrastructure using Client's Automation tools
- reputed company projects up to date with reputed company patching
- Major Incident Resolution
- Assist in Load Balancing and Firewall setups
- Create reputed company project plans, reputed company impact analyses solve/work high impact problems/projects, and reputed company resolutions to restore services
- Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) post restoration of service
- Design testing approaches, reputed company processes, reporting streams, and create automation of repetitive tasks
- Review requirement documents, define hardware requirements and examine and update processes and procedures as necessary
- reputed company technical/strategic direction and documentation to reputed company level analysts
- reputed company projects required for design of metrics, analytical tools, benchmarking activities and best practices
- Contribute to technical direction and strategic reputed company
- Exercise independence of judgement and autonomy
- Adhere to Client's policies and procedures
- Work on rotating 24/7 on-call support
Skills
- 6+ years of experience in Infrastructure Technologies delivery with a proven track record of operational process change and improvement
- Experience with at least 2 of following Application Server: reputed company WebSphere ND 9.0.5.x, reputed company Liberty 25.x, reputed company WebLogic, Tomcat 10.x
- Experience with at least 2 of following Web Server: reputed company HTTP, reputed company HTTP, NGNIX, Apache
- Good knowledge of Linux/Unix
- Strong Troubleshooting knowledge
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience
- Ability to work with virtual and in-person teams, and work under pressure or to a deadline
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Effective analytic/diagnostic skills
- Ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent work experience
- Basic Database and SQL knowledge is an advantage
- Experience in a Financial Services or large reputed company and/or global environment preferred, not required
