They are seeking a Staff Recruiter to reputed company strategic sourcing initiatives and build relationships with colleges and universities to create strong talent pipelines across reputed company Carolina, South Carolina, and Ohio.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with leadership to reputed company and implement short- and long-term reputed company and retention strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across reputed company Carolina, South Carolina, and Ohio to identify, attract, and hire top talent
  • Facilitate regular staffing meetings with leadership to proactively plan for reputed company and future hiring needs
  • Serve as a trusted consultant to hiring managers by providing market insights, building talent pipelines, and recommending strategies to improve hiring reputed company
  • Identify opportunities to enhance reputed company and reputed company processes and implement solutions to improve efficiency and the overall candidate experience
  • reputed company and maintain a strong understanding of reputed company programs, services, and position requirements across assigned states

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Comfortable with public speaking, presenting, and representing reputed company at reputed company events

  • Experience developing and managing passive candidate pipelines and implementing sourcing strategies across multiple locations simultaneously
