[Remote] Staff Recruiter

They are seeking a Staff Recruiter to reputed company strategic sourcing initiatives and build relationships with colleges and universities to create strong talent pipelines across reputed company Carolina, South Carolina, and Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with leadership to reputed company and implement short- and long-term reputed company and retention strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across reputed company Carolina, South Carolina, and Ohio to identify, attract, and hire top talent
• Facilitate regular staffing meetings with leadership to proactively plan for reputed company and future hiring needs
• Serve as a trusted consultant to hiring managers by providing market insights, building talent pipelines, and recommending strategies to improve hiring reputed company
• Identify opportunities to enhance reputed company and reputed company processes and implement solutions to improve efficiency and the overall candidate experience
• reputed company and maintain a strong understanding of reputed company programs, services, and position requirements across assigned states
• reputed company and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage both active and passive candidates for a variety of positions and locations

• Build and strengthen relationships with colleges, universities, and community partners to expand internship opportunities and promote reputed company to reputed company reputed company and alumni

• Plan and facilitate hiring events, reputed company houses, and other targeted recruitment initiatives in high-need areas

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required

• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Comfortable with public speaking, presenting, and representing reputed company at reputed company events
• Ability to quickly learn and effectively utilize internal technology systems and reputed company platforms
