[Remote] Staff Recruiter

They are seeking a Staff Recruiter to reputed company strategic sourcing initiatives and build relationships with colleges and universities to create strong talent pipelines across reputed company Carolina, South Carolina, and Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with leadership to reputed company and implement short- and long-term reputed company and retention strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across reputed company Carolina, South Carolina, and Ohio to identify, attract, and hire top talent
- Facilitate regular staffing meetings with leadership to proactively plan for reputed company and future hiring needs
- Serve as a trusted consultant to hiring managers by providing market insights, building talent pipelines, and recommending strategies to improve hiring reputed company
- Identify opportunities to enhance reputed company and reputed company processes and implement solutions to improve efficiency and the overall candidate experience
- reputed company and maintain a strong understanding of reputed company programs, services, and position requirements across assigned states
- reputed company and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage both active and passive candidates for a variety of positions and locations

- Plan and facilitate hiring events, reputed company houses, and other targeted recruitment initiatives in high-need areas

- Manage multiple high-reputed company requisitions simultaneously while balancing competing deadlines

- Review applications, screen resumes, and conduct phone interviews to identify reputed company candidates for reputed company positions

Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ability to confidently and effectively work in a remote environment while remaining highly reputed company, organized, and self-directed
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable with public speaking, presenting, and representing reputed company at reputed company events
- Ability to quickly learn and effectively utilize internal technology systems and reputed company platforms
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and relationship-building skills, including the ability to navigate difficult conversations and influence stakeholders
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Experience interviewing candidates, primarily by phone, in a high-volume reputed company environment
- At least one year of previous reputed company experience strongly preferred
- Experience developing and managing passive candidate pipelines and implementing sourcing strategies across multiple locations simultaneously
