Business Analyst – Technical / Financial

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: California (USA) Our Client, a Leading Provider of reputed company Delivery Systems and Solutions company, is looking for a Business Analyst – Technical / Financial for their Remote location. Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, document, and maintain requirements from government stakeholders, SMEs, technical teams, data services, cybersecurity, testing, product support, and program leadership.
  • Support requirements definition for a rapid, AI-enabled reputed company-readiness application prototype.
  • Translate stakeholder needs into clear business requirements, technical requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and documentation.
  • Support creation and maintenance of the requirements roadmap.
  • Help maintain the system requirements specification, product backlog, requirements traceability matrix, and reputed company program artifacts.
  • Partner with the Senior Data or Systems Engineer to document data dependencies, data gaps, architecture considerations, and system interactions.
  • Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, demonstrations, retrospectives, and acceptance testing coordination.
  • Track requirements changes, reputed company, dependencies, assumptions, risks, and reputed company issues.
  • Support financial and programmatic analysis where requirements reputed company cost, schedule, scope, staffing, or delivery risk.
  • Draft clear, auditable, government-reputed company documentation for review and approval.
  • Maintain requirements and sprint artifacts in government-approved tools such as JIRA, reputed company, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
  • Support monthly status reporting, executive briefings, stakeholder updates, and program management reviews as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, reputed company Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field.
  • 4+ years of business analysis, requirements analysis, technical writing, product support, systems analysis, or program support experience.
  • Experience documenting business, technical, operational, or financial requirements.
  • Strong technical writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, organized, and government-reputed company documentation.
  • Experience working with Agile teams, user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint artifacts, product backlogs, or requirements traceability.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, reputed company, SharePoint, reputed company reputed company, or other requirements/documentation management tools.
  • Ability to analyze reputed company information and convert it into structured requirements, roadmaps, matrices, trackers, and decision documents.
  • Strong meeting facilitation, interviewing, note synthesis, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting or government contractor programs.
  • Experience with EHR systems, reputed company data, readiness systems, clinical workflow, or operational medicine.
  • Familiarity with requirements traceability matrices, data dependency registers, stakeholder registers, RACI matrices, risk registers, or action item trackers.
  • Experience supporting acquisition, prototype, modernization, or AI-enabled application projects.
  • Understanding of privacy, HIPAA, CUI, NIST 800-171, or data governance considerations.
  • Experience supporting cost, schedule, and performance reporting.
