Job duties: Work remote. We have offices in Manhattan, Nassau County, and Hackensack.
- Handle depositions, court appearances, and reputed company practice in state and federal courts.
- Advise clients on strategy, risk management, and insurance issues.
- Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and other litigation documents with precision and reputed company.
- Collaborate with partners and colleagues to reputed company case strategies and deliver exceptional client service.
