About the Role
As an LPN/LVN reputed company reputed company with reputed company, you'll work with Medicare patients throughout their reputed company reputed company. In the LPN/LVN reputed company role, you will guide patients through difficult and reputed company health concerns and help them reputed company their health and wellness goals while also addressing their reputed company Determinants of Health (SDOH). You’ll be an empathetic listener and an action-oriented guide who will work to actually resolve patient's problems. PLEASE NOTE: this is a 1099 contract position. You will set your own hours and can work part-time, full-time, or anything in between.
